The whole idea of spiritual mindfulness is all about linking with a higher divine power, but also connecting with nature and yourself. Once you have acknowledged this connection, you'll see life from a whole different perspective. People with an extreme advance sense of spiritual awareness are often less prone to depression, addiction, manipulation, and control. In addition, they most often understands what it means to be truly happy and at peace with life and themselves.
